Foresee Advisors Limited was founded by Ben Ridley (LinkedIn), an accomplished sustainability and ESG practitioner with a scarce blend of 30+ years’ expertise across environmental consulting, corporate ESG advisory and finance.

Working full-time in the sustainability arena since graduation, Ben's titles have tracked the professional development of various interrelated roles. His years have been spent planning and executing projects and advisory assignments across Asia Pacific and on most continents for clients active in a wide range of sectors. Given his experience and network, Ben founded Foresee Advisors to offer clients a range of curated services co-delivered by local experts.

• 2025: Founder Director of Foresee Advisors Ltd.
• 2023-25: M&A services Partner with ERM.
• 2008-23: Inter alia APAC lead for group sustainability and ESG Finance & Advisory at Credit Suisse AG, now part of UBS AG.
• 2000-08: Senior Ecologist through to Director of East Asia environmental consulting at BMT Group.
• 1994-2000: Environmental Scientist with Hyder Consulting.

Advisory roles include Impact Advisor to Double Delta and member of WWF Hong Kong's Conservation Committee. Ben was previously Board Member of ASrIA (Asia regional SIF) until its integration into the UN PRI in 2017, and advisor to the Zoological Society of London's SPOTT initiative. He has a BSc Ecology (1993), MSc Environmental Management (1995) and finance sector qualifications, and has contributed to many publications and industry events.
